Does TribesOfKin have a physical store?
No. We do not currently have a physical location. It is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, enjoy your shopping experience on our website!
I made a mistake in my shipping address, what do I do?
Please reach out to us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours to correct an address error. We do our best to ensure your package reaches you so you can rock your Tribes Of Kin headwraps and accessories. After your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address and are not responsible for misdirected packages. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
When will I receive my order ?
An order will usually take 1 to 10 working days to reach your premises. Depending on your location, and the selection that you’ve chosen. Please feel free to contact us if you’d like to inquire about the exact lead time of your future order.
How to track my shipment?
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and receipt. Once the package is on its way to you, you will receive a second email with the USPS tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.
